In 2008, I developed the concept for a new type of women's mentorship and coined the phrase "feminist mentorship gap". As a result of my theory and work, I founded and created the Women's Legal Mentorship Program (WLMP). The Women's Legal Mentorship Program (WLMP) is a program focused on working with Canadian law schools to deliver women's legal mentorship programming and professional development.
In addition to my communications and marketing work, I regularly consult on mentorship program development. Currently, I am completing a book entitled: The Feminist Mentorship Gap for forthcoming publication.
